Is my child who is covered under my policy still covered by my policy while driving someone else's car?

I filed a claim for PIP but now I do not need medical treatment. Can I still receive PIP on the claim?

Ok...have went through and read the posts above... what i havent seen is my situation!!!... so here goes....current on payments.. i owe $3,893 on a $98,000 home..i put down $75,000 and financed the rest.. we had some bad weather here in Oklahoma.. had to claim on the roof.. ok.. adjuster was called out.. got the insurance claim check..$8700 and some change..had to sign it.. had to get a estimate ....estimate was $8500 to repair the roof.. Mortgage company sends me back only $5000 of it,,says once i get the roof fixed then i will get the rest....????? I OWE $3,800 total... thats its.. ..

Someone hit my truck at a convenient store and they gave me all the information I needed to file with their insurance company. The problem is my lien holder is in Las Vegas Nevada and I am in Texas. The other parties insurance is in Waco, they made out the check to myself and claimed they HAD to add the lien holder on the check and now my lien holder will not endorse the check for me to take to a shop. Can I get the insurer that was at fault to re-issue a check to myself? Thank you in advance for your great insight!! Smile

I was in an accident caused by a Tow Truck rear ending a car and hitting me. Accident report states that accident was caused by the Tow Truck drivers failure to control speed. I believe my jeep will be totaled as there is a nasty crumple to the frame right behind the rear drivers axle. I have two questions.

1.) I know it is easier to run under my insurance, but should I run it under the at fault tow truck driver (which is more likely to give me a better offer)? Can I run it under both and choose the best ACV offer?

I just filed a claim with the other person’s insurance company that hit my car. Don't they owe me diminished value?
