I have an MBA but never studied anything directly on Insurance so what more do I need to study and where for me to sell insurance covers - travel medical covers as well

Is my child who is covered under my policy still covered by my policy while driving someone else's car?

Progressive ins co did not send me the notification of cancellation but sent it to my mom who was not the insured, by e-mail. After the cancellation date , it mailed a letterto me , but with an insufficient address. I never got the letter.
Though I paid within 1 day of the cancellation date,this made no difference to the co.

My 16 years old granddaughter just got her driver's licence and was added to her parents insurance policy.

Her parents do not have a car for her. I do, have an old unused car, insured by my policy.

What should I do,

1. Formally give this unused car to my daughter (the granddaughter's mother), or
2. Just allow my granddaughter use the car without formally transfer the car to her parent;s family?

My vehicle total loss by insurance and they sent a check from ers made out to my name and did not indicate lien holder. I am not eligible for vehicle do to amount owed and I am currently still making my financed payments. I used the money to repair another vehicle so I would have transportation. do I have to give to car finance . I was just contacted . I ask insurance company in beginning concerning in the beginning and they stated it would be sent to lein holder which it was not. my debt is 14,000 with car finance and insurance only covered 10,000.

I was rear-end in red light and got crashed. I have a 6000 dollars medical bill, how much should I ask for pain and suffer?
