I am trying to find out what I can do and what insurance if there is any to cover my situation. Sorry for the long post however I am trying to be detailed as possible for you to understand my situation.

I have (2) Jeep Grand Cherokee's they are 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee's Laredo 4.0 . I purposely purchased these due to the motor and transmission are great and were only made production between 2000-2004.

Not sure if my love one had an insurance policy.

So I was heading home Friday and we had a lot of rain. I tried to avoid the high water that the truck ahead of me was driving in so I turned into my neighbor hood a few streets sooner then normal. I started through what looked like only a couple of inches of water (just saw a car drive the opposite direction) when all of a sudden at a cross street the water started going over my hood and the car shut off.

My parked car, engine off, was hit by shopping cart in store parking lot due to high wind that day. Is store responsible, and is claim comp or collision?

I have already seen the adjuster for damages suffered from vandalism, how long does it take for the claim to be paid to me so i can make the necessary repairs

Courts just ruled my husband & I was legally separated on Jan18,2013 for our divorce after 2 years of him lying.On Jan31,2013 he hit my parked car with me in it 3 times head on &broke my back.He opened Allstate claim said I hit parked car,I had pictures to show he lied,but no police report,Allstate has opened 3claims for me & is getting his statement this week finally,1#his truck,he owns,both of us on policy,2#my car both of us owner,both on policy,they ruled him 100%liable paid $35000 on pip maximum,$1200 on collision,3# his rental house where wreck was,him on policy,he owns.I tol

I don't want to use the body shop written on my claim check to fix my car what should I do?

21st century auto. when there is a lienholder on policy and the customer wrecked the car is there a grace period for the lienholder. I know a lot of ins.companies cancel the customer then the lienholder days later.
