I was in a wreck that was the other drivers fault and I unfortunately didn't have insurance. The at fault driver does however And I was told by a few people that their insurance has to cover my damages because it was their fault. Is this true?

my ex and I always kept our monies separate in separate accounts. we had no joint accounts. how can I cash the check when the bank will only cash the check if we have a joint acct.?

Recently my husbands exwife's car was deemed totalled by her insurance company. She has opted to keep the car and wants to use the $$ paid to her via the insuarnce company to make needed repairs. Since the car was deemed "Totalled" can she have PDLT insurance after repairs are made and continue to drive the car? We're Michigan residents. Not sure if MI has any laws that prohibit the totalled car to be insured again??

I am awaiting my answer on my PA application. I have always considered myself In good standing with the law. I have 2 arrests in my life with felony charges attached. They where for fake id and assault and battery. Very little merit on both arrest so they where dismissed non convictions. Am I considered a convicted felon in the eyes if the insurance industry. They where 22 and 16 years ago

THIS DEALS WITH DOG vs. MOTORCYCLE. My nephew owned a pristine 2008 Buell 1125R motorcycle. In Aug. of 2014, a dog who was allowed to run as he wished and loved to chase MCs, came flying from his yard onto road, heading straight for the bike and him. He laid the bike down trying to avoid the dog. Besides the numerous physical injuries my nephew suffered, the bike has been appraised as a total loss, due to the availability and price of replacement parts. As most of the damage is cosmetic, my nephew wishes to keep the bike.

wanting to know how claims are paid when considering replacement cost. Does the insurance company consider my total cost - which would be cost of taxes, title, license, etc. when paying my claim or do they just consider what I actually gave for the item - which would be what the seller actually received from me for the sale after final negotiations were made

My truck was hit by another van trying to miss a deer, and lost control and came in my lane, highway patrol came out and did a police report. I got the insurance information from the report, the insurance company did not contact me I contacted them upon talking to the adjuster, he told me to file it on my insurance and have my insurance contact him, why should I have to file on my insurance for a accident I did not cause and taking a chance on my insurance dropping and taking my premiums up. Can you be of any assistance , I'm out of mississippi. Thank you

I was in a car accident in 2014 where I was hit from behind at a red, yellow, green light. The driver that hit me was responsible. The release from I received was 3 paragraphs. The 1st stated that their insured was responsible and that by signing I discharge him, his heirs, agents, & all other companies which claim to be liable. The 2nd stated "this release expressly releases all rights of the parties released to pursue their legal remedies, if any, against the undersigned, their heirs, executors, agents, and assigns.

worked till 6/23/13 medical disability 7/28/13 to 7/28/14 collected CA state disability. 4/14 to 2/15 collected MetLife long term disability (it is a taxable income) I cant go back to work I'm appealing Mets decision. can I apply for UDI I think its unemployment disability insurance
