I miss the date to collect. What to do now?

HELP

Will a contributing to a minor misdemeanor, and a simple possesion misdemeanor, keep someone from obtaining an insurance producer license in tennessee? If the person was given a diversion and the charges will be dismissed after his probation period?

Here is the scenario:
Two adults with one car in the household (MO state). Both adults have clean driving record and current driver licenses.
Adult A has car registered and a full liability, collision plus comprehensive policy in place.
Adult B rarely drives (when/if it happens it would be Adult A's car only) and is not yet listed under Adult A's policy.

About the current scenario:
Is adult B breaking the law driving the car?
In case of an accident (adult B driving) what is covered and not covered by Adult A's policy?

I was sued by uninsured driver who had no licensed viol. dmv code 12500 in calif. . I answered during pleadings and they vacated the law suit. my insurance co. to get paid for my injuries at that time was for the pip which I was denied. I filed my claim with them and was denied also went to the dept. of insurance and was denied. they ar4e in bad-faith cause at the time of accident she didn't live at home with her parents so she can't be under her parents insurance as my insuranc claims.so I want to sue my insurance co. for the policy.

1983 Oldsmobile Cutlass Cruiser Wagon had electric short in the switch for power seat. The resulting smoke damage requires replacement of the interior, and also the battery.
A car of the same specifications was located advertised for $15000, and it was the only advertisement over a period of 2 months search.
State Farm is using smaller cars for comparison, and offering $2600 as a total loss. I have informed them that I intend to repair the car ($9000) and continue using it.' and am not getting anywhere.

The settlement check I received from the auto insurance company was made out to me and my health insurer as it was named at the time of the accident. My health insurer placed a lien on my settlement amount shortly after my accident, and then got bought by another company. They never responded to the auto insurance adjuster when he tried to correct the name on the check initially, so the adjuster simply mailed this check to me made out to the 'old' name of the company as well as me.

I was a passenger in an automobile accident. The driver of my car's insurance say the other person is at fault. The other person's insurance wants to make an offer , but half. She mentioned that she feels both are at fault. What should I do at this point?
