This is my first time dealing with an auto insurance claim and it has been a nightmare. A continuing nightmare.

The accident:

am looking at the types of risks that stunt people may face, and the types of general insurance cover i can recommend to offer as a package.

2010 Silverado z71 crewcab 41k miles. kbb is 29,300 nada is 28,700. my truck was involved in a fire. they are telling me that its worth 24,577. they are comparing it to other trucks in my area that have over 100k miles on them. they have denied me a rental saying they have to investigate the claim and until its resolved I wouldn't get a rental. I have no way to go while im 'waiting'. any help would be great thanks

Hello My husband and I live in New York and we had a policy with State Farm auto insurance that we canceled back in November 2014 because we sold the car . We paid for Novembers costs which we owed from my checking account and when we took over payments on a newer car we decided to go through another insurance company . Well come December State Farm took another payment from my checking account which threw my account into the negative and brought on a overdraft fee because my bank covered the $108.00 cost for insurance .

Trying to find out what the percentage of the value of a totaled car would be in an auto accident. $5,500 repair damage.

My car was uninsured but parked in front of my house. I was asleep as it was 1:45 am and a guy hit my car to avoid hitting another driver on the road. He totaled my car but his insurance company and hers will not pay for my vehicle. What are my options. i have no money to get a car not even a temp rental and both insurance company's are saying their driver was not at fault. I'm w/o a car and don't know what to do to get justification. Both drivers should have gotten tickets as they were both coming from a bar and neither one was.

Damage done to my car from another car and was not filed yet to my insurance company

My car was totaled and the insurance company cut me a check for property damage. I would like to cash it. Out is made out to me only. I live in Texas.
