I want to find a company that will allow me to sell my companies products on the preset appointments for life/annuity biz??? Can anyone PLEASE tell me how to get this done?

Hi my car got hit and the outhere people insurance company gave me a estimate for 2,480.60 and i wont to know will thay put the check in my name to pay the body shop or will thay pay the body shop there self directly?

Can I legally decide to cancel my total loss vehicle claim, cancel my insurance policy with them and keep my vehicle and fix it myself with my parts? My truck was declared a total loss due to age and mileage and very little damage to tie rods and front under carriage. Can I just keep my vehicle without taking a pay off and go on down the road. I have a junked parts truck I can get all the parts to repair mine. Will it affect my title and will I still be able to get full coverage from another insurance company?

My story- I was rear ended by a semi about 18 months ago and subsequently pushed in to 2 other cars that produced minimal damage to both. The impact was relatively low-speed but did cause a significant amount of damage to the rear of my car. I contacted the truckers agent within a couple days of the accident but never did get the work completed. I am now considering selling my vehicle so would like to get this resolved but I am having some difficulty.

Hello everyone! I made a claim to the AAA in October, 2013 about minor scratches on my rear right side of the car. I discovered the scratches when the car was parked with its right side to the curb and I assumed it was some sort of vandalism. Then a physical damage appraiser was sent to inspect the car. While inspecting the car the appraiser was telling me that it would cost around $3k to fix the car.

In mid march a client of mines husband passed away. He died from a brain hemmorage brought on by an accidental overdose of blood thinners. Can his wife collect the accidental death benefit since the overdose was unintentional? Keep in mind he was a developmentally disabled man wh forgot when he took a dose and woud take more, not remembering he already had his dose for the day

i am wondering if my $1000-$1600 estimate ( I have a $500. deductible) and it was my fault is worth making a claim. I can have the work done to a lesser degree and OK or go all the way. I am worried my policy will go up.
