ive olny had the car since november ,

I wanted to renew my registration - but was blocked because my insurance had lapsed for 2 months in the winter time. Now, they are suspending my vehicle for 3 months - what do I do?

I've been reading alot of topics on this and I have one of my own.

1. Went into a Sam's Club...was inside for about an hour or so.
2. Walked out and noticed a nice dent on my car.
3. Went inside and asked if they had surveillence video.
4. They sent someone out with a camera and took pics of car, my info, etc....
5. They went inside and said would call me when they looked at the video.
6. I called my insurance for advice. Said to call police for a report.

am i liable for 23 yr old living same house but uninsured if they have accident?

I filed a claim to have my car fixed and received a check from my insurance company to me and my lien holder. I took the car to get it fixed and took the check to the bank to cash it so I could pay and get my car. But for some odd reason my bank telling me they cant cash the check they have to cut me another check to the repair company from them so i can go that one to them. I cant see why they dont endorse my check and cash it so I can pick up my vehicle.. Also i dont owe them any money so it seems fishy to me I live in Missouri

I was side-swiped on a highway in the beginning of March. Other drivers' insurance has taken on full responsibility. Took car to collision center and said it was driveable even with right front wheel damage and body damage. I went to get car inspected yesterday at my dealership and they failed it due to a bubble found in the right front tire and also a small marker light that is out on the right front. It was documented by the service manager and their master mechanic that it is due to the accident.

hit and run. no liability issue. car damage only.

Do I send a cancellation letter to the insurance company or to the local agent? Or both?

My daught got car hit in rear, and the othwe compant is taking forever to do there job.
