I was in a non-injury auto accident. I can provide lots of details, but essentially I was waiting to make a right turn and the driver to my left turned right and side-swiped the front corner of my car causing several thousand dollars worth of damage.

The police report puts the other driver at fault. Unequivocally stating that the statements by both drivers and the nature of the damages support naming that driver at fault.

Her insurance company has flatly denied my claim. I do not carry collision coverage.

I don't have enough money to keep paying my student loans and auto loan payments. Moreover, I also have to take out an auto insurance for my vehicle. Could you please tell me about the minimum deductible amount that I can pay my lender in order to take out an auto insurance within my affordability?

I just bought a new car from my dealer and I want to now whether or not there are any special coverage options for a new car.

I was injured in an automobile accident a little over a year ago. Trying to settle the claims process right now for B.I. The person who hit me was driving someone else's car whose carrier has already tendered policy limits of 30k, as to the person who hit me their insurance company is working their part of the B.I. claim right now and most likely will also pay the policy limits of 30k. At this time my medical bills are about 30k with future cost to come for more surgery.

My lawyer is trying to end my car accident case to receive his payment even though I still need to continue treatment with the hospital and is not yet ready to be discharge. I felt that my lawyer wanted to end this so he can end the case just to receive his payment. If I want to change my lawyer will I be charge for any fees?

In texas shouldn't auto sales and use tax be included on replacement vehicle settlement? Is there suppoerteing documentation on this either way.
