We have been denied an auto claim because we also with it listed in the accident prior damages to make it a one stop fix but my insurance company denied it. It took over 2 months to get denied. First I got an adjustment from my personal adjuster and USAA said they'll send out their personal adjuster because the price of fixing my vehicle seemed a little too high. The USAA adjuster then told me they can only cover the back damages so he only did the adjustment for that so they made a direct deposit.

I live in California and have valid California drivers license. Currently without vehicle. Can I insure myself so I can drive friends vehicle or rental vehicle?

What can I do (in Indiana) if both insurance companies are denying liability after an accident? No police report was filed and no fault was determined. My son slipped on ice and ended up spinning around and facing the opposite direction of the traffic flow when he finally stopped. He was on I-65, a four lane interstate. After he had come to a stop, another vehicle hit him on the driver's side rear quarter panel. The police officer said that if he had to fill out a report, he would have to give the other driver (not my son) a ticket.

I am trying to determine the best option available to me, after getting my vehicle back from Safeco's preferred body shop, with a severe transmission fluid leak. The transmission did not leak at all prior to the accident. Safeco claims the transmission had to be damaged prior to the accident. Since the car could not be driven, and I had to have transportation, I paid $2260.00 out of pocket to have the transmission replaced. The insurance company has taken the position that since the transmission didn't take a direct hit, the busted transmission casing had to have been previously broken.

I was stopped at a red light when a drunk driver approached at 45 mph behind me, never hit his brakes, and struck my car, pushing my car into 3 other cars. The drivers seat back of my 2001 Toyota Camry failed (broke) and I was slammed down and back in the seat.
