I need to deposit my auto insurance claim check. It's made out to Honda Finance and me. Help!!

My car was hit in the back bumper a few weeks ago. It was my fault and I didn't report it. Then, it was scratched again on the other side of the back bumper by something (maybe a car, not sure) last week while parked in my apartment parking lot. I'm trying to find out who is responsible. A few questions:

1. Several other cars in the parking lot have scratches that could be from collision with my car. I've left them a note asking nicely if they're the culprit. Any other suggestions on what I can do to identify the culprit, if it is one of the cars there?

I was involved in a car accident in New York going straight and a car going opposite way I guess wanted to make a left and turned right into me. I did not have a stop sign. I saw her on cell phone. My car was totaled. The insurance company gave me 16,000 for my car. I went to chiropractor for 8 months. I went in ambulance at scene of accident. I had mri's. done which showed I have whip lash and slipped discs in back. My insurance company offered 4,500 first offer. This is way lower then I expected.

We live in FL. My 17 y/o son lives with his father. He recently got his diver's license. He does not have a car. I am the titled owner of my car. When he spends time with me he uses my car occasionally. Do I have to add him onto my policy.

How do I decide whether or not I require umbrella insurance policy. I've a fleet of delivery trucks. Though I do have adequate insurance for all, i'm a bit anxious. If I need, how much then?

I reached an agreement with the at-faults drivers insurance 2 weeks ago for 35K.

However, my med bills are about 10K. The car rental company is supposed to pay the 10K but are disputing that.

Can I still receive my 35K without worrying about the 10K for now?

I recently passed the driving test and got my license in my dad’s car. He gave me permission to drive it all the time. But if something unfortunate happens during the drive, I’d get into trouble since I’m not covered. His car is covered but I’m not. Even we don’t live in the same address. Please tell me what to do. My insurance company failed to send my SR-22 filings to the Secretary of State. I have all my papers showing there was never a lapse in my coverage. As a result my drivers license was suspended and I was arrested for driving on suspended license not knowing it had been suspended because all my payments were up to date. Can I sue my insurance company for their negligence?

My mom hit a store and her car is now totaled.

I am just trying to help her so that she can get what is fair.
They totaled the car today. It was a Used 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt Sedan, 4cyl, and had around 215,000 miles but she used it fairly and the condition was good until this wreck.

Could anybody tell me how much should she expect?
