I have an unpaid ticket in NC preventing me from reinstating my license in AZ. I was driving in Utah and was hit by another driver. He has admitted it was his fault and I want to know if his insurance can refuse to fix my car. No medical just property damage. Needless to say I am going to NC to get the ticket resolved.

Do anyone here make payments toward car insurance after having a DUI in the past 5 years? I’m just 23 and got a DUI 2 years ago. Now am financially stable and ready to drive again so I need to know a rough estimate how much I’ll be paying each month.

I wonder what insurance companies offer the best price for liability only or the one required for the law. i know that big companies are to expensive any advise, i live in north California.

Is there any reliable website where I can check and compare car insurance quotes offered by the top carriers? From my experience I know that car insurance quotes vary a lot depending on the place you reside, your car and history. I want a website where I can sort results by place, car, price and others.

I searched for car insurance comparison sites but there are a lot to choose from and that is really confusing. Please help me get a good one so that I can instantly get quotes as per my circumstances. Thanks in advance!

Should I join big name carrier as a captive & stuck with their limited product & price with No right of book of business....

OR

Should I join small agency /cluster where multiple careers & price range for clients with a book of business rights in future ??

Soooo, to make a long story short, the accident happened on private property in Dallas, Texas. I was in the parking lot of my apartments walking my dog when a Porsche SUV comes around the corner and hits me. I spun and fell on the concrete.Police and the ambulance were called. Before they arrived, the driver got out and said he was looking the other way and didn't see me. He also said there was no insurance on the car. He offered me $1000 on the spot ( all of this on front of my neighbors) but I told him no. I was able to get up and walk away(thank God) so i decided not to ho to the hospital.

I’m thinking of getting a dual sports bike that is a used one. The bike is currently insured nd i’ll be using it like a dirt bike. I’m not thinking of insuring it right now. I’ve never purchased anything that required insurance. Should I let the present insurance run out or something like that or else? I’ve no clue actually. I’m just 17 and thinking of insuring it a few years from now. How would be that? Any help would be appreciated.

For the last 3 1/2 years I've been disputing their valuation of my Total Loss Claim.

I had a car accident on dec 2012, I went to the chiro the next day of the accident for a neck pain, in july 2012 i called my insurance (because the doc told me that my insurance had not make any payment)so the agent said that they were waiting for the adjuster to look at it and by the end of july they were going to pay the bill, and I had a letter from the insurance denying my claim saying that in my police report said i had no injuries at the time of the accident.

I've two cars - a Honda and a Chevrolet. Can I have two different policies from two separate carriers? Or. do I need to have both from one?
