I've got married recently and shifted to my husband's place which is in Arizona from Florida. Can I still be on my parents' car insurance?

I was wondering if you can get your insurance backdated when you set it up?

I was in accident which the driver I was riding with caused the accident. The PIP paid my medical bills. I am asking for pain and suffering, but their insurance company told me that Kansas has a law that I have to pay the PIP back for paying my medical, but everything I read and asking another insurance company that is not true. why should I the injured party have a claim againstt the driver at fault have to pay back the PIP it was their fault not mine. I just do not believe this unless it just came into law.

Just a few questions on this topic. I have tons of evidence to win this case easily if they choose to force me to file a PIP Suit.

How long does a PIP Suit take usally?
Is this something insurance companies want to go through?
What are the benefits for policy holder to through the PIP Suit? (They pay my lawyer fees?)
Can the court grant more than the claim amount?

HERE'S MY STORY I HAVE PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE INSURED FOR FULL COVERAGE IN MARYLAND. I LEFT MY CAR AT MY BOYFRIENDS' COUSINS' HOUSE BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T START FOR ME . I LEFT THE KEYS THERE WITH NO THOUGHT BECAUSE I TOLD THEM I'D BE COMING BACK TO GET IT LATER THAT WEEK. WELL, HIS COUSIN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TOOK MY CAR AND ENDED UP ROBBING A BANK AND GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT WHILE DRIVING IT. ANY HELP WITH THIS WOULD BE HELPFUL. I'M SUPPOSED TO PICK THE VEHICLE UP TOMORROW BUT I HAVE TO PAY TOWING FEES FOR MY VEHICLE. MY CLAIMS REP. WASN'T FOR SURE IF I'D BE RE-IMBURSED FOR THIS .

Hello, I am in FL, my car was struck by lightning,,, the adjuster decided to repair although the repairs could not be properly estimated ie no way to guarantee any single component would end repair... all electrical damage.

As of today they have paid over 9K on a 2006 Volvo valued at appx 8200, when they are finally finished who knows final cost... but must I now accept the car? it is forever marked by these electrical issues and they never should have begun repairs.

The general said i have to pay more every month because when u exclude a driver in louisiana u have to pay more but i got new insurance and i excluded my dad just to see and it did not go up. They said at the general that it is louisiana law that they do that but every other insurance company i talked to today said that they never heard of that. Is the general trying to scam me or what because it seems like it then they said since i wont pay them for that they are canceling me and i have to pay them for the cancel is this all right?
