I was involved in a car accident where the other driver was at fault. I got a broken left thumb as a result and also a concussion. After surgery and therapy, my thumb won't bend and I experience pain when doing tasks, even when holding a book to read, doing dishes, etc.I still experience dizziness from my concussion. Medical bills so far amounts to $25,000 (not quite done with therapy for my dizziness) Loss of wages amounted to $1500. What do you think my claim is worth? I live in KS.

I bought a second car back in dec 2012, I have had the insurance until April 3rd on the car but on April 3rd I sign back of the car title and gave the car to my friend/my roommate. so I cancelled the insurance on that day. on the 5th, my car which I have owned for the last 12 years with insurance without any laps had a flat tire, although I put on the back up tire I didn't want to drive the car because it was raining and slippy, so I asked my friend to borrow the car I gave him to take the tire to the repair shop and he said ok.

Today I came across my first accident, which involved a motorcycle. I’m completely traumatized by the entire incident. While I was making a right turn at a green light (taking a look at both sides before proceeding) this morning, a motorcycle suddenly hit my car on the passenger side leaving a big dent on my car’s passenger doors. I guess the driver and the passenger of the motorcycle jumped off before the impact. I ran over to them after getting out of my car and felt that the driver had minor bruises while the passenger was crying.

Anyone aware of anything about Anpac auto insurance? Any feedback?

I was driving down a gravel road and there was another vehicle stopped and pulled over i drove by and as i did this guy went to do a u turn i drove into a ditch to avoid him hitting me. he left scene however i was able to track him down and get his info and insurance. he admits to doing u turn and police report states he caused me to go into ditch. his insurance is in the process of deciding if they will pay. any opinions as to what will happen? Unfortunately my 2 week old brand new f150 is damaged and am very sad due to all these.

Seven months back we were rear ended and the car was pushed too hard and eventually hit the vehicle in front of mine. Insurance accepted that the other driver was at fault and all the process started (South Carolina).

My car was fixed ($7500) and treatment wasn't required for my daughter and husband. I had severe back pain and had MRI, X-Ray and pinch nerve tests. Nothing was broken, but was all related to internal bruise.

I’m just 18 and recently purchased a 2002 Mini-Cooper and I put it on full coverage since it’s my first car. For this, I’ve been paying $235 each month. Is this something reasonable or am overpaying? By the way, I’m with Geico and live in TX.

21 Months ago I was rear ended while stopped at a red light. Very little damage to the vehicle but I was turned speaking to my son in the back seat. It was a hit and run. I initially treated the injury with Chiropratic care, steroids, massage therapy, and spinal injection. Long story short, the accident caused a bulging/herniated disc in my L4-5 region and I had to have surgery (lapindectomy?) to have a portion of the disc removed. After surgery I am doing physical therapy.
