Fare pain and suffering involving children?

I was involved in an accident where a man ran a stop sign and hit my jeep causing it to flip 3 times. My 2 children (4 and 3) were in the vehicle with me. I had to get a staple on the top of my head and now have a bald spot from the scarring and also have a scar above my eye and I still suffer from migraines. Both of my children had many bruises and were sore for a couple days and still talk about it months later. My medical bills total a little over $10k and my kids total $2008 each.

I have a vehicle that was TOTALED by the insurance co. in May, 2010. At the time I had to sign the TITLE over to the insurance company, the Vehicle has been in my possession for 3 YEARS, "How do I obtain the title, so that it can be fixed and driven again?"
Is there a "Statute of Limitations" regarding possession, since I have had the vehicle for 3 years?
Please offer any insight regarding my situation!?
Thank you.

How does insurance work?

I’m 16 and I want to have my own license. I haven’t yet gotten my license as I thought that I’d only be able to drive if I pay for my own insurance. But just today I heard in school that as long as the car is insured I could drive it on my dad’s insurance.
Does this mean that I can drive any car as long as someone owns it and has insurance on it and I don’t need to pay hundreds of dollars for insurance?

Can I borrow a car from someone if I don't have insurance?

Can I borrow a car from someone if I don't have insurance coverage under his or her policy as a 19 year old? I stay with my mom and I’m listed as an occasional driver on her car insurance policy. I’m 19 and hold a full G license. On every weekend I visit my dad’s place. During these hours, I use the car for him and me and we do some occasional shopping. My dad and his girlfriend have insurance coverage but I’m not listed on their policy as I seldom drive their car and it’s not worth the extra expense. So, frankly, I’m just borrowing their car.

When to garbage full coverage insurance?

I’ve insurance coverage through Progressive. I have a 2000 Honda Accord EX V6 complete leather interior, sunroof. It was the most expensive model made in that time. The machine runs like a giant and even holds a salvage title. I knew this very well while purchasing but since it was my first car I didn’t want to drain a lot and more than likely damage it. The vehicle also has 253600 miles on it. A lot of miles really. So considering all this I don’t know if it is worth a $88 per month insurance full coverage premium/ $530 every six months. The car may be worth $3500-$4000.

I’m 18 and got car insurance in my own

I’m 18 and got car insurance in my own name and I pay under $400 a month. Now my agent is asking me for the license of those who I live with though they have their own insurance policies and I have mine in my name. Also once the policy got started I was informed that I have some extra fees on top of the monthly balance as they re-ran my license and didn’t notice what my age was. The agent has also stated that if I don’t give them the license information, they will close the policy. What should I do?

A Drunken College Kid damaged my car.

I was inside of my car in the parking lot. There was a drunken college kid jumped on the engine hood of my car, and made two huge cavities. He was trying to run away, and I had to call the police. Finally they got him, and he in the jail right now. I just bought my car, its bran-new car, only has 50 miles on it. The estimate came today, it is 1500dollar totally, and I have to pay deductive for 500 dollars. I was wondering if there are any possible ways to get the kid/his insurance company to pay these 500 dollars? This was not my fault at all.

Limousine Company

that wrote a check for the deposit to start the policy. Coverage was bound than the insured check bounced. The carrier will not flat cancel the policy because of the state filing for a limousine company. I contacted the state and they said there was no filing made. The insurance company said still will not cancel the policy flat because they sent the filing to the State. I was told that there is a statue that if no money is received than there is no coverage?

Why boys should pay more than girls for auto insurance?

I know until like 26 boys are required to pay more in auto insurance than girls and I also know that girls are statistically better drivers in that age range. But doesn’t the 14th constitutional amendment protect against this? Doesn’t it extend to private industries? In jobs they can’t discriminate between males and females just like they can’t discriminate by race. So how can they discriminate when it’s the question of auto insurance? Could someone please explain?
