they show actual cash value after they already deducted for prior damage then deduct upd deductions

Why wouldn't my lienholder provide my insurance company with the letter of guarantee and title? It has been over 6 weeks since my total loss accident. I thought finance companies want to be paid their money.

My car was totaled in early march. My insurance company is ready to pay the lienholder their amount but the lienholder has refused to provide the letter of guarantee as well as title. The insurance company spoke to somebody in their office on 7 different occasions since the accident to which they were told the fax will be there later in that afternoon. No documents received yet. Why would the lienholder wait so long to send the proper documents? I'm thinking the title is not right. Please provide me with some answers. I appreciate it.

I have two cars, one benz and one BMW .we initially had insurance on both but in march we stop the insurance on the BMW because my borther went to Italy and the car was just parked. Last week somebody hit my benz so i had to bring it to the shop to get fix. So saturday i went and purchase an insurance policy for my BMW to be able to drive it without problem and i did not want to take the risk to get a ticket. when i went out the same day, an heavy rain came (in Houston TX) and my car got stock on the road in the water among a lot of other cars.

I have a question regarding car insurance. My brother borrowed my truck and got in an accident that was his fault. The truck had full coverage insurance on it. The insurance company is denying coverage saying that he was an uninsured driver. He is not listed as an excluded driver and we do not live in the same household. I just don't know what do.
