I’ve a car insurance and my daughter’s name is included in it. My son has another car and in the insurance he has included me as a driver. My insurance company is saying that if he drives my car and experiences an accident, it’ll be not covered unless he is added in the policy. However, his insurance company is saying that it is false. For God’s sake tell me who is right and who is wrong. I’m just fed up.

I was hit by a car while long boarding across a legal crosswalk. I was thrown over the hood and she almost drove away. She barely provided any contact info, so the state of Utah might press charges. After 7 months of chiropractic treatment, the doc said I was as good as I'm going to get, and I will probably be in pain the rest of my life. I'm not trying to get rich but I do think I deserve fair compensation for the lifestyle that is now painful to lead. I used to long board an average of 6 miles a day going to and from work.

I have 2 homes on one property - one address - in Ohio. Each property has its own electric meter, separate heat, etc. but they are both at the same address - too much trouble to survey and split the acreage with all the county requirements. My son and his wife want to move into the other home. How can we get personal property insurance, liability, etc on that other home for coverage? It is simply listed as an additional dwelling structure on our current homeowners.

I've two vehicles and I've insurance terms with USAA for both of them. Yesterday, just out of curiosity, I checked the website of Geico and was just shocked to find that their premium is almost half of what I pay at USAA for the same coverage! Now just want to know what is the shifting procedure and what people have to say about Geico's service and other things.

I have an 03 f-350 superduty with 220k miles and someone vandalized it. They broke 3 Windows flattened 3 tires and put sugar in fuel tank. So after a month or two at body shop of the insurance co 's choice they decide to total it out and blue book value on the truck is $14,500 and the truck just got a completely rebuilt diesel engine with less than a 1000 miles on it and I have receipts totaling $10,000 for the rebuild and these people never even came and looked at the truck.

It was April 15. I was in my new 2012 Chevrolet Traverse, which I had just purchased and drove for about 3 months and unfortunately hit a deer. It ran only 1203 miles and there were no flaws on the truck until I hit the deer. On top of this, the airbags were not deployed too. After 2 days the insurance company called me to say that it was totaled. I just don’t get how there could be a damage of 30k. I even talked to the collision center manager but he doesn’t think that the frame is damaged. I don’t have any idea as in what steps to take in these circumstances. Any help would be appreciated.

Presently I’m having one with StateFarm and I was just wondering what is really considered full coverage. Any response would be appreciated.

I’ve Progressive right now and was thinking about switching. I feel they are overcharging. In the past 5 years I’ve had no accidents, no claims or tickets and still they are asking for $636 on a six-month regular policy with no add-on coverage. I’m just 21 and it’s 2006 BMW 330. I’ve heard Geico is good. Should I go with Progressive? Is this reasonable or anyone having some suggestion?
